Judith is our People & Communications Manager with over 30 years’ experience in human resources and communications, she loves supporting people to be their best self, working with customers and colleagues seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Before joining U&E Judith progressed through Ford Motor Company responsible for recruitment and selection, payroll management and internal audit control, winning a Global Diversity Leadership Award in 2018 for successfully introducing a flexible working arrangements policy into a manufacturing environment.
